Areya Keshvari
Areya has spent more than twenty years in commercial real estate acquisitions, capital markets and investment management, and over the course of his career has worked on more than $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions across the southeastern United States for U.S. and international investors.
He founded Biscayne Capital Advisors in 2017 to invest directly in commercial property. The firm sponsors single-asset and small-portfolio transactions, partners with private investors and family offices, and manages each property until it is sold.
His experience also includes commercial real estate appraisal and valuation. Earlier in his career he held acquisitions roles in Miami and served as Managing Director of U.S. real estate at an international investment manager. He also serves as Vice President of Acquisitions at Parmenter Realty Partners, an institutional office investment, management and development firm.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Florida International University, is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and is a recurring guest speaker at universities and industry organizations.
